WORLD-CLASS WARRANTY COVERAGE

The Cadillac 6-year or 70,000-mile Transferable Powertrain Limited Warranty covers 2013 and newer model years. In addition, our 4-year or 50,000-mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty includes repairs on your entire vehicle, including parts and labor, to correct any concerns in materials or workmanship.

 

Also, you can receive a Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty that replaces eligible parts at no charge when installed by Certified Service technicians who’ve made servicing your Cadillac their craft. You chose your Cadillac for the unmatched driving experience. Premium Care Maintenance helps keep that experience rolling on. It helps provide additional confidence by covering select maintenance services. Most 2017 and newer Cadillac vehicle with the exception of the 2017 Cadillac XT5, are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles. The 2017 Cadillac XT5 and all 2011 to 2016 Cadillac vehicles are covered for 4 years or 50,000-miles. What’s more, the Premium Care Maintenance program is fully transferable.

The Cadillac Courtesy Transportation program provides alternative means of travel and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses if your Cadillac requires warranty repairs within 6 years or 70,000 miles.

ALUMINUM REPAIR NETWORK


We established the Cadillac Aluminum Repair Network to provide access to properly trained and equipped repair facilities to restore your damaged vehicle. We hope you’re never in a collision, but if you are, these facilities  can help repair your vehicle to the Cadillac level of quality. With OnStar service or Roadside Assistance, we will help you find the nearest Cadillac Aluminum Repair Network facility.
