Cadillac Racing cars and teams can be found on some of the world’s toughest tracks, proving over
and over that the precision engineering and aerodynamic design put into every vehicle
is well worth it. Cadillac Racing currently competes in two prominent racing series, the Pirelli World
Challenge and the IMSA Prototype Championship.

The performance lessons learned on the racetrack are transferred to the Cadillac model lineup,
meaning you can experience Cadillac racing performance every time you get behind the wheel.

Pirelli World Challenge

This circuit is a North American series defined by shorter races that emphasize Cadillac power and performance found in the ATS-V.R models. The ATS-V.R is the third generation of road car-based Cadillac GT racecar to compete in World Challenge. Built to internationally-adopted GT3 rules that limit the modifications a manufacturer can make, the ATS-V.R brought a fourth- consecutive drivers’ championship in its 2015 debut season. Cadillac Racing also had a successful 2016 season, posting five wins and 13 podium finishes.

IMSA WEATHERTECH SPORTSCAR CHAMPIONSHIP

IMSA is a sports car racing series based in the United States and Canada that features longer endurance races. Cadillac prototypes are specially designed for the each year’s circuit, using data and race results from previous years as a guide. In January 2017, the all new DPi-V.R competed in this series, winning the Daytona 24 as well as sweeping the podium at the Twelve Hours of Sebring with a 1-2-3 finish.
