If you are chosen for this beta, your vehicle will populate a message on the infotainment screen to accept a software update soon. Once prompted, install this software update to begin your digital key journey.

While You Are Waiting:

• Ensure you have accepted any previous software updates sent to your vehicle.
• Ensure your device(s) (smartphone and watch) are updated to the latest software version(s).
• Download the myCadillac brand app from your app store if you have not already done so.
• Join other Cadillac Digital Key beta testers in a private group we created in the OnStar Community. Register using this link, and once registered, you will receive an email invitation with further instructions to officially join the group in the coming days.
• Use the same credentials you use for the Cadillac app.
• Visit the digital key owner support page to learn more and get familiar with the feature here.
