TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reporting Expectations:
Each participant in the Program is expected to report feedback on their vehicle to Cadillac Concierge. Unless there is a safety-related incident requiring immediate assistance, all vehicle-related issues should be reported by the participant to Cadillac as soon as it is safe to do so.
Documentation Requirements:
Participants are required to document the following:
- Any vehicle-related issues requiring service by an authorized Cadillac dealer
- Any difficulty using vehicle features or controls
- Any difficulty learning vehicle features or controls
- Any software or infotainment “bugs”
- Any other minor vehicle issues not requiring dealer service
Communicating feedback:
- Participants must provide a verbal account of each issue by calling EV Concierge at 844-EVCADILLAC (844-382-2345) or by pressing the OnStar® button in their vehicle
- When available, photos and/or video capturing the issue reported should be emailed to EV Concierge
- Participants may be asked to, and expected to, participate in brief weekly email surveys regarding the vehicle experience
- Participants may be asked to, and expected to, participate in weekly (or as needed) meetings with Cadillac Engineers to review open issues and participate in corrective action discussions
Condition of the Vehicle:
- Participant’s vehicle must be kept in working order
- Participant must install all USB and over-the-air updates that become available
- Participant must download the myCadillac Mobile App and use the app for vehicle status, self-help, etc.
- Participant must exercise the infotainment system (physical controls and touchscreen), climate controls (physical and virtual), etc.
- It is encouraged that participants keep all vehicle active safety content enabled to provide feedback on those features
Repairs or Service Issues:
Vehicles in need of repair must be taken to a certified EV-ready Cadillac dealership for service.
If necessary, Cadillac will initiate an expedited part procurement process to get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.
Non-Disclosure Requirements:
Throughout the Program, participants may see or hear information important to GM’s business considered proprietary or confidential. In connection with the Program, during which GM and Cadillac may provide certain confidential and proprietary information of General Motors LLC and/or one or more of its affiliates (collectively, “GM”), you agree to the following:
“Confidential Information” shall mean any and all of GM’s business-related confidential or proprietary information, whether disclosed orally, visually, in writing, or in any form or medium, including, but not limited to, business planning information, data, financial projections, volume estimates, designs, images, actual vehicles, ideas, methods, know-how, materials and documentation, marketing strategy, and future product reveal information. The Confidential Information is provided “as is” and GM makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to its accuracy or completeness.
Confidential Information shall also expressly include:
- Any vehicle-related issues requiring service by an authorized Cadillac dealer
- Any difficult to use features or controls
- Any difficult to learn features or controls
- Any software or infotainment “bugs”
- Any other minor issues not requiring dealer service
- Any vehicle performance statistics including but not limited to range achieved, charging times, 0–60 times, etc.
- Names, titles, email address and/or phone numbers of any GM or Cadillac employees the participant interacts with
- Any communications between participants and/or communications between participants and GM/Cadillac
- All Confidential Information, regardless of the medium (including all forms of communication, including but not limited to text, emails, photos, videos and/or voicemails between participants in the Program and/or participants with GM/Cadillac
Photos, videos or other physical or electronic media (and copies thereof), shall remain GM’s property and shall not be copied or disclosed to any third party without GM’s prior written consent signed by an authorized GM representative. Each participant also acknowledges that they have no rights or licenses to any of GM’s Confidential Information under these Terms and Conditions.
Participants must follow any other instructions provided by GM personnel. If a participant offers feedback and/or comments, such as suggestions to improve GM’s services or products, we may act on such feedback comments without obligation to inform the participant.
Governing Terms:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, without regard to the conflict of law principles thereof. Any suit or disputes involving these Terms and Conditions must be brought in state or federal court, as appropriate, within the State of Michigan, and each participant waives any claim related to venue or lack of personal jurisdiction. Each participant acknowledges that monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information and that GM shall be entitled, without waiving any other rights or remedies, to injunctive or equitable relief as may be deemed proper by a court of competent jurisdiction, without obligation to post any bond. These Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, regarding the subject matter hereof; provided, however, that these Terms and Conditions does not supersede any terms agreed to between GM and a participant’s employer. Any addition or modification to these Terms and Conditions, or waiver of a provision hereof, must be in writing and signed by an authorized GM representative. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read all of these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in order to participate in the Cadillac LYRIQ Brand Ambassador Program.
