COMPLIMENTARY ONSTAR® CRISIS ASSIST SERVICE

Cadillac has an OnStar Crisis Assist Service for impacted Cadillac customers with properly equipped vehicles. By pushing the OnStar button, our specially trained Advisors can provide complimentary access to emergency services, routing to shelters, personal calling, or data for the available in-vehicle Wi-Fi Hotspot. We are ready to help our drivers in this great time of need:

ONSTAR CRISIS ASSIST CAN HELP WITH:

  • Coordinating emergency rescue and evacuation services
  • Routing away from danger
  • Connecting callers with loved ones, family and friends
  • Directing to available resources like shelter, food and water
  • Booking hotel rooms where feasible
  • Handling "Good Samaritan" calls to help others impacted
  • Providing hands-free calling minutes
  • Adding data for available in-vehicle Wi-Fi Hotspot (data plans provided by AT&T)

How to activate complimentary OnStar Crisis Assist Service:

  1. Push the blue OnStar button twice
  2. Ask an advisor for crisis assistance
  3. Accept the OnStar User Terms and Privacy Statement to start receiving services
