  • Enroll in the 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ Customer Charging Offer via communication received from Cadillac or with your authorized Cadillac Dealer and select “Installation Credit Offer”
  • Complete the EV Install Form received via email
  • The Qmerit Concierge will contact you to discuss your installation needs and provide a quote
  • Once the quote is accepted, a Qmerit electrician will obtain all necessary permits and schedule the installation
  • The installation is completed by the Qmerit electrician
  • You are ready to charge your EV at home

Here is how to access it. 
  • Enroll in the 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ Charging Offer via communication received from Cadillac or with your authorized Cadillac Dealer and select “EVgo Credit Offer”
  • After vehicle delivery, receive an email from Cadillac with your EVgo authorization code to be redeemed for 2 years of unlimited charging
  • Use the myCadillac app* to enroll for Plug N’ Charge and link your EVgo account
  • Click the link in the email to create or log in to your existing EVgo account
  • Once logged in, enter your authorization code on the EVgo website
  • Use your credits at any EVgo station or authorized location
