You’ve been selected to participate in an exclusive digital key beta—real‑world testing reserved for a limited group of Cadillac MY26 LYRIQ and MY26 OPTIQ owners.

As part of this exclusive beta, you’ll use your compatible ultrawide band (UWB) smartphone and/or smartwatch to lock, unlock, start and drive your vehicle, helping us enhance the experience before its full release.

This link is intended for invited participants only. Please do not share this link, as others may not meet the eligibility requirements for this beta program.  Also, please ensure that all feedback is provided directly to GM and not through any other channels or means.

Important Notice

Because this is beta software, you may occasionally notice behaviors that are part of the testing experience. Here are a few important things to know to ensure the best experience:

Always carry your NFC Key Card

Your NFC Key Card is your reliable backup. Please keep it with you at all times so you can easily access and drive your vehicle if your phone or watch is unavailable.

More than one digital key device in the vehicle

If multiple paired digital key devices are inside the vehicle at the same time, the vehicle may appear locked when it is actually unlocked. This is a known beta behavior and does not impact your ability to drive.

If your digital key temporarily stops working

In rare cases, your phone key may stop responding. If this happens:

  • Your NFC Key Card, key fob, and remote commands in the myCadillac app will continue to work.
  • Use your NFC Key Card to unlock, start, and drive your vehicle.
  • Then, schedule a dealer visit to restore digital key functionality.

"No Key Found” message

You may occasionally see a “No Key Found” message on your vehicle display. This message typically clears within about 30 seconds. If it doesn’t, simply restart your phone—this will resolve the issue.

Acceptance

Do you have an NFC key card for your vehicle?

This will be your backup to your digital key. Please ensure you carry this at all times.
