COMPLIMENTARY ONSTAR® CRISIS ASSIST SERVICE

Cadillac has an OnStar Crisis Assist Service for impacted Cadillac customers with properly equipped vehicles. When the OnStar button is pushed, our specially trained Advisors can provide complimentary access to emergency services, routing to shelters, personal calling or data for the available in-vehicle Wi-Fi® Hotspot. We are ready to help our drivers in this time of great need.


ONSTAR CRISIS ASSIST CAN HELP WITH:

  • Coordinating emergency rescue and evacuation services
  • Routing away from danger
  • Connecting callers with loved ones, family and friends
  • Directing to available resources such as shelter, food and water
  • Booking hotel rooms where feasible
  • Handling "Good Samaritan" calls to help others impacted
  • Providing hands-free calling minutes
  • Adding data for available in-vehicle Wi-Fi Hotspot (data plans provided by AT&T)

How to activate complimentary OnStar Crisis Assist Service:

  1. Push the blue OnStar button
  2. Ask an Advisor for crisis assistance
  3. Accept the OnStar User Terms and Privacy Statement to start receiving services

For those needing a new vehicle, we are offering Disaster Relief Assistance of $1,000 toward the purchase or $500 toward the lease of any new Cadillac. This is in addition to most other offers in the market.

Have a Cadillac that was damaged by the fires in California? We’ll be expediting extra parts to our dealers so they can get you back on the road. While your vehicle being serviced, if you need a car to get you around town, our dealers will have courtesy vehicles available for you.
