Behind lightweight forged alloy wheels, you'll find massive, racing-inspired six-piston front, four-piston rear, fixed-caliper Brembo brakes with vented rotors for firm pedal feel and unmatched confidence.
Magnetic Ride Control reads the road up to 1,000 times per second. The reaction time is so quick, at 60mph it reads every inch of pavement traveled for more confidence on the track and more comfort on the road.
Michelin Pilot Super Sport summer-only, low-profile tires† feature a unique tri-compound tread specially designed for ultra-high-performance driving, offering excellent grip, enhanced ride quality and extended tread wear.
The CTS-V boasts a multilink MacPherson strut independent front and rear suspension, connected to a stiffened lightweight structure that achieves all-out track performance and refined, everyday comfort.
Power that keeps its cool. The CTS-V employs racing-inspired cooling systems that include an extra-large water/oil cooler, large-capacity radiator, multiple heat exchangers and a rear differential oil cooler.
During aggressive cornering, the electronic Limited-Slip Differential (eLSD) automatically directs power to the rear wheel with the most traction for great control and fast exit speeds.
The available Carbon Fiber Package pairs an aero-optimized, exposed-weave carbon-fiber front splitter, hood extractor and rear diffuser with an even more aggressive rear spoiler for greater traction at high speeds.
Imposing 19-inch wheels bring low weight and high strength together in perfect balance. Forged from billet aluminum, they help reduce unsprung weight for greater cornering and a more direct steering feel. These wheels are the perfect complement to the 19-inch Michelin® Pilot® Super Sport summer-only, low-profile tires†.
AERO SPLITTER†
The front aero splitter dramatically improves front downforce by directing a massive influx of airflow around the CTS-V. Front-end lift is reduced, firmly planting you on the road.
CARBON-FIBER HOOD
The standard carbon-fiber hood, combined with a dynamically styled air extractor, provides greater airflow and reduced under-hood lift, keeping the CTS-V balanced on the track and the road.

Greater downforce, reduced lift. The aggressive rear spoiler not only punctuates your departure, it provides the air a smooth exit from the rear for enhanced stability.
