When I submit my 2024 LYRIQ preferences using the link provided in this email, does that mean that I have an order?

When you submit your preferences, your selected dealer will be notified and will contact you to confirm your selections including trim, colors, and features as well as to establish final pricing. When that step is completed, your dealer will submit an order to be accepted for production.

Once I submit my 2024 LYRIQ preferences using the link provided in this email, when should I expect the dealer to call me to finalize my order?

Your dealer should contact you after submitting your 2024 LYRIQ preferences. If you have not been contacted by your dealer to finalize your 2024 LYRIQ preferences, we encourage you to contact your dealer directly. 

Do I have to use this link to select my preferences for a 2024 LYRIQ order?

No, this link is provided as a convenience to you. If you prefer, we encourage you to contact your preferred Cadillac dealer to discuss the 2024 LYRIQ features and options. Your dealer can submit your preferences, establish final pricing and submit your order at that time. 

How do I know if I have a 2024 LYRIQ order?

As confirmation of your 2024 LYRIQ order, your dealer will provide you with a six-digit alpha numeric number that you should keep to reference your order. You will also receive an order confirmation email. 

Is there an extra cost for ordering a vehicle?

No, Cadillac provides a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) throughout the process as you select your preferences for the 2024 LYRIQ. Please note that all final sale prices are negotiated between the customer and dealer.

If I would like to finance my purchase or lease my ordered vehicle, how can I do that?

Your selected dealership would be happy to help explain your options and help you arrange financing. 

What happens to my $100 that I placed for a 2023 pre-order? Do I have to pay that amount again?

The $100 pre-order amount that you paid for a 2023 LYRIQ will transfer and apply toward your 2024 LYRIQ order. If you decide against ordering a 2024 LYRIQ, your $100 is fully refundable by your preferred dealer. 

After I submit my 2024 LYRIQ preferences, can I change my vehicle order?

Vehicle orders cannot be changed once they have been accepted into production. Please contact your dealer for further details about the status of your order.

Vehicle orders cannot be canceled once it has been accepted into production. Please contact your dealer for further details about the status of your order. 

How will I be informed of the progress of my 2024 LYRIQ order?

Your dealer is in the best position to provide you updates about the status of your vehicle. Cadillac will also provide order updates via email when your order is accepted for production, when your vehicle is produced and when it is ready for delivery. 

How will I be notified when the vehicle is being delivered?

Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, a dealer representative will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale, and schedule a convenient time for final delivery to you.
