When you submit your preferences, your selected dealer will be notified and will contact you to confirm your selections including trim, colors, and features as well as to establish final pricing. When that step is completed, your dealer will submit an order to be accepted for production.

Your 2023 LYRIQ order will not be produced. You will need to place a new order for a 2024 LYRIQ.
As confirmation of your 2024 LYRIQ order, your dealer will provide you with six-digit alpha numeric number that you should keep to reference your order.
We expect to start deliveries to dealerships in Summer 2023. We will continue to deliver 2024 LYRIQ until Spring 2024.
No, Cadillac provides a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) throughout the process as you select your preferences for the 2024 LYRIQ. Please note that all final sale prices are negotiated between the customer and dealer.

The $100 pre-order amount that you paid for a 2023 LYRIQ will transfer and apply toward your 2024 LYRIQ order. If you decide against ordering a 2024 LYRIQ, your $100 is fully refundable by your preferred dealer.

Your dealer is in the best position to provide you updates about the status of your vehicle. Cadillac will also provide order updates via email when your order is accepted for production, when your vehicle is produced and when it is ready for delivery.
Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, a dealer representative will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale, and schedule a convenient time for final delivery to you.
