HOW TO MANAGE YOUR NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES

You can set and change your notification preferences through My Account or by calling an OnStar®† Advisor (press the blue OnStar button or call 1-888-4ONSTAR or 1-888-466-7827). Here’s how to manage notification preferences through My Account. 


MANAGE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS THROUGH YOUR GM ACCOUNT 


1. Go to Cadillac.com.

2. Select the account icon.

My Account

3. Sign in to My Account.

4. The account panel will display.

5. Select a vehicle. The Vehicle Overview page will display.

6. Select Notification Preferences at the bottom of the page. The Notification Preferences page will display.

7. You can set how you want to receive notifications (email and/or text) for items such as Diagnostic Reports, Dealer Maintenance Due, Wi-FI Data and Theft Alarm Alerts. 

Note: You can opt out of text messages for specific campaigns by replying “Stop” to the text message. Go here for more information.

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHO RECEIVES NOTIFICATIONS?

U.S. members can have multiple individuals receive notifications. All recipients must be listed on the account with the necessary contact information. To add drivers to your account, push your blue OnStar button or call 1.888.4ONSTAR or 1-888-466-7827 to speak to an Advisor. You can remove some or all of your notification preferences through your myCadillac account or through an Advisor.
