How does my pre-order become an order?

A pre-order gets you one step closer to owning a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ when they become available beginning in the Spring of 2023. When you submit a LYRIQ pre-order, your selected dealer will be notified and will then contact you to configure your LYRIQ order, and to establish final pricing. When that step is completed, your dealer will submit an order for production. We expect to open ordering on 2024 LYRIQ in late 2022.

If I’m on the 2023 LYRIQ waitlist, do I need to also submit a 2024 pre-order?

No, if you’re on the 2023 waitlist, you are also eligible for a 2024 pre-order.

How will orders be scheduled and prioritized?

Orders will be scheduled based on order approval timing and part availability.

Once my vehicle is ordered, how will I get updates on the status of my order?

Your dealer is in the best position to provide you with updates about the status of your vehicle. Cadillac will also provide order updates via email as your vehicle approaches delivery.

How long will it take to have my 2023 LYRIQ delivered?

We expect initial deliveries of the 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ to begin in the Fall of 2022 and will continue deliveries through Q1 2023. 

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting your dealer.

Is my $100 pre-order payment fully refundable?

Yes, if you choose to cancel your pre-order before a final order is placed, you can request a refund of the pre-order amount from the dealer you selected in the pre-order process.

Can I change my vehicle order?

Vehicle orders cannot be changed once they have been accepted into production.  Please contact your dealer for further details about the status of your order.

How can I change the preferred dealer that I selected when I placed my pre-order?

If I would like to finance my purchase or lease my ordered vehicle, how can I do that?

Your local dealership would be happy to help explain your options and help you arrange financing.

There are no dealers showing up when I enter my ZIP code. Are there no dealers in my area?

Please make sure you are clicking the “View Dealers” button. Doing so will populate a list of your closest participating Cadillac dealers.

Did my LYRIQ pre-order go through?

If you were directed to a “Thank You” web page after submitting your pre-order, then your pre-order was successfully submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Where is my LYRIQ pre-order confirmation email?

It may take up to 24 hours to receive your LYRIQ pre-order confirmation email.

Where can I get a copy of my LYRIQ pre-order agreement?

If you did not save or print your LYRIQ pre-order agreement at the time you submitted your online request, you may contact your selected dealer for a copy of your LYRIQ pre-order agreement.

I ordered a LYRIQ Debut Edition in December; when can I expect to take delivery of my vehicle?

Initial deliveries of the 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ Debut Edition are expected to begin in the Summer of 2022.
