Cadillac backs your new vehicle with its no deductible, Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty. The entire vehicle is warranted for repairs, including parts and labor, to correct any defects in materials or workmanship for 4-years or 50,000-miles† (except routine maintenance). The warranty transfers automatically with vehicle ownership during the warranty period.
The optional Extended Limited Warranty† may be selected for new 2018-2020 Cadillac vehicles only at the time of new vehicle purchase. When you choose the optional Extended Limited Warranty, your coverage is 6-years/70,000-miles†. Extended Limited Warranty is only available at the time of new vehicle purchase. Cadillac’s optional Extended Limited Warranty has no deductible and coverage is the same as the standard term Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty. Covered repairs will be performed using new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts. As with the standard Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty, the optional Extended Limited Warranty transfers automatically with vehicle ownership during the warranty period. See dealer for pricing.
Cadillac will warrant each 2013 and newer vehicle for 6-years or 70,000-miles†, with no deductible from the original in-service date of the vehicle, for warrantable repairs which are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship to the engine, transmission, or drive systems.
Our most common Parts Warranty offers a coverage period on a majority of our Service Replacement Parts including labor (ACDelco and GM Genuine Parts included) as long as the part was installed by a General Motors dealership. General Motors offers a Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty on specific service parts sold by GM dealers. GM warrants to the purchaser that it will replace these specific Genuine GM/ACDelco parts for all manufacturer defects, including 24 months of labor (see list below):
Effective Date: This Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty is valid for parts purchased on or after April 1, 2014 and shall remain in effect for as long as the named purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part was installed.
Qualifications: It will be incumbent on the purchaser to retain the original sales receipt and/or job card, together with the properly completed warranty reimbursement form. A warranty reimbursement form is provided at time of purchase or can be downloaded from the internet at genuinegmparts.com.
Effective April 1, 2018, General Motors offers a 12-month/unlimited-mile coverage period on these select ACDelco Replacement Parts including labor as long as the part was installed by a General Motors dealership (see list below):

This auto part warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible vehicle on which the part(s) was originally installed. The original purchaser seeking a repair must return the vehicle to a Cadillac, Buick, GMC, or Chevrolet dealership. The original purchaser must provide a copy of the original auto repair order showing that a Cadillac, Buick, GMC, or Chevrolet dealership had earlier replaced the warranty-eligible part. The cost of the replacement auto part(s) will be covered; labor is covered up to 2 years of original purchased part. You can take comfort in knowing that Cadillac Roadside Assistance services are standard for 6 years or 70,000 miles† for 2013 and newer models. The Cadillac Courtesy Transportation program provides alternative means of travel and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses if your Cadillac requires warranty repairs within 6 years or 70,000 miles.†
