SET UP THE MYCADILLAC MOBILE APP TO SIMPLIFY YOUR DRIVE
The myCadillac mobile app
Download and set up the app:
- Search for “myCadillac” in the App Store®
* or Google Play* to download the app on your compatible phone. - Sign in to your existing account or create an account. Be sure to use the same email address you gave the dealer or the app won’t sync with your account.
Note: If you own multiple GM vehicles across brands, you can download your preferred app (myChevrolet, myBuick, myGMC or myCadillac) and use it for all vehicles on your account.
Using the app:
- The app’s Home screen displays popular controls and important information about your vehicle’s status.
- Tap the More icon (shows four circles) in the top navigation bar for more controls and to access Vehicle Settings.
- The More icon will only appear if your vehicle supports more remote options. If not, use the Settings icon to navigate to Vehicle Settings.
- Tap the icons along the bottom of the screen to reach more features or tap Home to return to the Home screen.
- Tap the Account Menu in the top-right corner, which looks like your initials or avatar, to access your account information and Help topics.
Home:
- Popular remote command icons are shown at the top (e.g., climate/start [on equipped vehicles], lock/unlock
* ). - You’ll see a snapshot of your vehicle status and EV Charge Status.
- Time-sensitive information and alerts let you know if something needs attention.
Controls:
- Tap the More icon to access the Controls screen, where you’ll find additional Remote Commands (sound/stop alarm, flash lights, etc.) if your vehicle supports them.
- You can also personalize some of your vehicle settings.
Help Center:
- Access support options, schedule service, view your
Owner’s Manual , see How Things Work videos and more.
Note: Help Center information is now located under your Account Menu. Tap your initials or avatar in the top-right corner, then tap Help.
Map:
- Tap this icon at the bottom of the screen to plan a route, see your EV range, find a charging station, locate your vehicle, get directions and more.
- If your vehicle is an EV, you can see your range, find a charging station and plan a route that factors in how far you can go on your current state of charge.
- Learn more about planning a route in your EV.
Service:
- Tap the wrench at the bottom of the screen to schedule service, view or change an upcoming service appointment, request Roadside Assistance
* and more.
Shop:
- Shop for subscriptions and upgrades for your vehicle, such as OnStar
* plans and products from Cadillac Accessories.
To change which vehicle you’re viewing, tap the My Account menu (a circle with your initials), then select a vehicle from what’s displayed. This will let you choose a different vehicle associated with your account.
