Note: Digital key recipients must have a UWB-compatible device. They don’t need the myCadillac app to receive the digital key.

- Go to the device’s wallet app and select “remove key.”
- Contact an

If your device is lost or stolen, you may receive prompts to “remove owner key” and to initialize key pairing on the new phone.
Using Your Key Card as a Backup
While digital key can be the primary way of accessing and starting your vehicle, you can use the key card that may be provided with your vehicle for valet parking or as a backup if your phone loses battery or is lost or stolen. However, you must bring your physical key fob to all vehicle service visits.
Note: One key card may be provided to you along with your key fobs. You can purchase up to 7 additional key cards from your dealer. Your dealer can also deactivate lost cards to help prevent unauthorized vehicle access.
For your security, please don't include personal info such as phone number, address or credit card details.
