Points will be automatically added to your account immediately. Points will be automatically removed from your account when the purchase is completed.

PAID CADILLAC CERTIFIED SERVICE

My Cadillac Rewards members can earn points on paid Cadillac Certified Service (like oil changes, tires and tire rotations, wiper blade replacement, or brake and engine repairs) at participating Cadillac dealerships. 

 

Redeeming on paid Cadillac Certified Service is easy. Schedule your service appointment and while you’re there, notify your Cadillac Certified Service Advisor that you would like to use your My Cadillac Rewards points toward your bill.

My Cadillac Rewards members will automatically earn 3 points for each $1 spent on eligible accessories – from wheels to floor liners to cargo management and more - both online and in the service lane at a participating Cadillac dealership.


You can also redeem points on accessories through the service lane at participating Cadillac dealerships or online. For online purchases from a participating dealer, log in to the Cadillac eCommerce website with your My Cadillac Rewards account information and enter the points you'd like to apply to your purchase during Checkout Step 2.

  • Must be an eligible paid service, parts or accessories. Excludes taxes, fees and body shop repair orders. My Cadillac Rewards Members earn 3 points for every dollar spent across all tiers, plus My Cadillac Rewards Cardmembers earn 4 points for every dollar spent at My Cadillac Rewards participating dealers.

  • Subject to credit approval.  Cardmembers will earn 7 points total for every dollar spent on the My Cadillac Rewards Card on eligible purchases at GM. Eligible purchases include service, parts and accessories purchased at participating My Cadillac Rewards Card dealerships or online, less credits and returns. To earn on most OnStar and Connected Services plans, a My Cadillac Rewards Card online account is required. Warranty, recall and body shop work are not eligible for points. Points will not be awarded on GM Fleet vehicles. Points are accrued once per transaction and are not earned on cash advances or other cash-like transactions, balance transfers, ATM withdrawals, savings bonds, finance charges or fees. Please see Program Rules that are applicable to your Account for other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.

  • Cardmembers are eligible to redeem up to $250 of points accrued per calendar year toward qualifying GM purchases. Qualifying GM purchases include customer paid Certified Service, parts and accessories purchased at an authorized GM dealership or online, as well as eligible GM subscription services, including most OnStar and Connected Services plans, SiriusXM subscriptions and Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac Protection Plans. Cardmembers can redeem points at the point of transaction at participating GM dealerships, or by using their My Cadillac Rewards Card to make an eligible purchase and logging in to mycadillacrewardscard.com to redeem for a statement credit.   • In a calendar year, Silver Members are eligible to redeem up to $175 in points; Gold Members are eligible to redeem up to $200 in points; Platinum Members are eligible to redeem up to $225 in points. Cardmembers are eligible to redeem up to $250 per calendar year. Must be an eligible paid service or parts. Only available at My Cadillac Rewards participating dealers for Members.
