HOW TO MANAGE YOUR CADILLAC FINANCIAL ACCOUNT

Easily manage your Cadillac Financial account online at cadillacfinancial.com/myaccount or in the Cadillac Financial mobile app.

 

In Cadillac Financial MyAccount, you can:

  • Make payments.
  • Access billing statements.
  • Update your profile and communication preferences.
  • Message the Concierge team.

MYACCOUNT DASHBOARD


The Cadillac Financial MyAccount dashboard shows all your account details at a glance. It’s the default page that displays once you’ve signed in to MyAccount.

TO MAKE A PAYMENT


Online

1. Select Make Payment on the MyAccount dashboard.

2. Choose from the available payment options.

3. Complete the form and check the box to acknowledge payment terms and conditions.

4. Review payment details and select Make Payment to finish. A confirmation number will show on the screen once the payment has been submitted. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.

In the App

1. Select Payment on the dashboard.

2. Enter the amount you’d like to pay.

3. Select a payment method and confirm the payment date.

4. Select Review Payment and Submit to finish. A confirmation number will show on the screen once the payment has been submitted. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.

VIEW BILLING STATEMENTS


Online

1. Go to the Statements section of the dashboard and find the drop-down menu.

2. Select the month you’d like to see and select the View button. It will open in a new window.

In the App

1. Select the Statements icon.

2. From the list, select the statement you want to view.

UPDATE PROFILE INFORMATION


Online

1. Find your name on the screen and select the dropdown arrow.

2. Select Profile.

3. Under your contact information, select the button that says Update Contact Info.

4. Make changes and select Save Updates.

In the App

1. Select the Profile button.

2. Select Contact Information.

3. Select each box to update information.

4. Select Update Account.

UPDATE COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES


Online

1. Find your name on the screen and select the dropdown arrow.

2. Select Profile.

3. In the panel labeled Notifications & Alerts, check the boxes for the alerts you’d like to receive. For more info about these notifications, select the Information icon.

4. When done, select Save Preferences.

In the App

1. Select the Profile button.

2. Select Notification & Alerts.

3. Control email and text notifications for specific reminders, alerts and more using the toggle buttons.
